Ordered the blaze ramen. Not Spicy to me, but I have blood of fire due to all the spicy food I eat. It was a BIG portion! My new ramen spot for sure. Service was good, and seated fast. The atmosphere is pretty urban. I dig it.

Pretty good! The noodles are on the thick side. Wait time was accurate, they'll call you when they have a table, i waited in the car. Had the veggie. Nothing too much to say here. Its just what i expected.
LOVED my ramen! Classic tonkatsu was very good, one of the best ramen bowls I’ve eaten. Rich silky broth, just right chewy noodles, large cut of pork that was tender & flavorful, and a perfect egg on top. Not overly salted. Will definitely be back!
The veggie ramen is really good. The broth makes it all come together. They also have a great new curry going with Impossible katsu. Combined with the pickles, it is my new favorite over here. Thank you, Eric and Justin for the great service!
A welcomed bowl of hearty and flavorful ramen hot the spot at a time when we were feeling a little worn out from a long day at the office. Attentive servers provided us with everything we needed in a timely manner whenever we were running low, be it water, sake, napkins, or energy!
Our server Kathleen was awesome, on point. Her and co server rockin' the house taking care of everybody and it was busy. Food was absolutely fantastic.
The food is super delicious . The service was ok but our waitress was blan no smile she looked tired and not too happy, maybe had a bad night who knows. Anyway go for the food you won't be sorry. Next time I'm trying the rice bowl, it looked so so good, I can't wait to go back. I'll let you know when I do. As always happy eating
